Shopping Process

(2)There are several possible reasons for a failed transaction, such as an unstable internet connection during payment, incorrect card information (e.g., card number), expired credit card, incorrect credit card verification code (CVC), or the amount exceeding the card's credit limit. Orders with failed credit card transactions cannot be restored directly. If you still need the product, please place a new order.

Shipping Methods

1. In-Stock Items:

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days

Actual Delivery Time:

- Taiwan: Products will be delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

- Overseas: Products will be delivered within approximately 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays), depending on the logistics service.

 ※ Pre-order items will be shipped according to the product's specific release date.

 ※ Specially customized products will be shipped gradually based on completion time.

2. Weekends and Holidays:

There is no shipping on weekends and national holidays (including consecutive holidays). Orders will be processed and shipped in order on the next business day.

3. Combined Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items):

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped separately, please contact customer service. If the total order amount is below NT$15,000, additional shipping fees may apply. For urgent orders or those unable to wait, please consider carefully before placing an order.

4. Logistics Partners: Home Delivery / Convenience Store Pickup (7-Eleven, FamilyMart)

 ※ For orders exceeding NT$5,000 or package dimensions that exceed the specified limits, convenience store pickup will not be available.

5. Delivery Areas:

Delivery is limited to Taiwan (excluding P.O. Boxes) and selected overseas regions.

6. Order Acceptance:

If your order cannot be accepted, you will be notified via email within 2-3 business days after your order is received (unless otherwise required by law). Please ensure accurate contact and shipping information is provided to avoid communication issues.

7. Free Shipping:

Orders over NT $15,000 qualify for free shipping (Taiwan only). For other orders, shipping fees will apply, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the provided region and address.

Invoice

1. Why haven't I received an invoice?

According to the Ministry of Finance Directive No. 1070001765, under the "Directions for the Implementation of Electronic Uniform Invoices Operations," from January 1, 2014, electronic invoices issued on this website are not accompanied by a physical paper invoice and therefore will not be mailed. The website will upload the issued electronic invoices to the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Invoice Integration Service Platform within theㄒ for record-keeping.

Winning invoices that have been registered will be managed by the "Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Integration Platform," which will handle the prize notification and redemption process. For unregistered winning invoices, this website will notify you via email, push notifications, and SMS for prize redemption procedures. 2.What should I do if I need to add a company tax ID to the invoice, or if the tax ID/header is incorrect, or if I need a paper invoice?

3. Will invoices with a company tax ID/header be mailed? When will they be sent?

Invoices with a company tax ID/header will be sent via email as an e - invoice certificate after the invoice is issued.

4. How do I find the invoice number?

After the payment is completed and the goods are shipped (or after the cooling-off period), the website will issue an electronic invoice. You can check the invoice information in the email. 

 ※ For certain products with a longer cooling-off period, the invoice will be issued after the cooling-off period has been confirmed or after the goods are confirmed not to be returned or exchanged.

5. Can the invoice be donated?

Apologize for the inconveniences, we currently do not offer an option to donate invoices. If needed, please check the electronic invoice received in your email and donate it manually

6. Can the invoice date, item name, or amount be specified or changed?

Apologize for the inconveniences, invoice generation is an automated system process. The item names and amounts on the invoice will be issued according to the order details. It is not possible to specify the invoice date, change the item names, or alter the amount.

International Shipping Information

Shipping Regions:

We offer international shipping to select countries and regions. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Shipping Fees:
International shipping fees vary based on the destination, package weight, and size. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time:

(1) International Shipping Time

International deliveries may take longer (approximately 7-14 business days), with the actual arrival time depending on the logistics provider.Customs clearance or other uncontrollable factors may cause delays.

(2) Shipping to Hong Kong and Macau

If a package is not collected within 7 days upon arrival in Hong Kong or Macau, it will be automatically returned.The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Due to differing regulations in each country, import duties and taxes vary. Any customs fees, taxes, or import charges incurred during the shipping process are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid upon receipt of the package. If the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties, resulting in the package being returned, the refund amount will be deducted for the actual round-trip shipping fees and customs duties in both countries, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original order.

Restricted and Prohibited Items:
Some items may face delivery or customs clearance issues. It is recommended that you confirm whether the product can be delivered to the specified country before purchasing.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service. We will work with the shipping company to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Recipient Information:
(1) Please make sure to provide the recipient's full name in English (no abbreviations) and a complete shipping address in English.
(2) A correct postal code must be provided. If incorrect information causes the package to be undeliverable, the buyer will bear the responsibility.
(3) All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). When using an international credit card, transaction fees, exchange rates, and refund fees are subject to the issuing bank's regulations. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card issuer.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. International Orders:
    International orders are eligible for a trial period and return/exchange service (depending on the product). Return shipping costs will be covered by us. However, exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer, while the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item will be covered by us.
  2. Damaged Goods:
    If you receive a product that is damaged and unusable, please contact our customer service immediately and provide photos or videos of the product. After evaluation, we will assist you with a refund or exchange. The process will take 10-14 business days.
  3. International Shipping:
    If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, the customer will be responsible for the international shipping costs.

Order Modification:

  1. Address and Recipient Information:
    Due to the complexity of international order processing, once an order is completed, it is not possible to modify shipping addresses, recipient information, or other details. Please double-check the information before submitting your order.
  2. Address Error Before Shipping:
    If you discover an address error before the shipment is processed, the original order must be canceled, and you will need to place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Address Error After Shipping:If the address error is found after the order has been shipped, the delivery must be canceled. In this case, any actual costs incurred, such as round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and storage fees, will be deducted, and the remaining balance of the original order will be refunded.
