Shopping Process
1. Select items → Add to cart → Confirm checkout → Choose delivery method → Choose payment method → Review order details → Checkout → System sends order confirmation email → Receive goods

2. All payments made on this platform are processed through GreenWorld FinTech as a third-party payment service. Once the system confirms 'Payment Successful,' the next step of shipping will proceed.
(1) If the payment for an order fails but you have been charged, please contact GreenWorld FinTech’s customer service at 02-2655-1775.
(2)There are several possible reasons for a failed transaction, such as an unstable internet connection during payment, incorrect card information (e.g., card number), expired credit card, incorrect credit card verification code (CVC), or the amount exceeding the card's credit limit. Orders with failed credit card transactions cannot be restored directly. If you still need the product, please place a new order.
