Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Conditions:

Products must remain in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Returns or exchanges must be requested within [specified days] from the date of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items such as perishable goods with short shelf lives (close to expiration at the time of return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, unsealed audiovisual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, unsealed personal hygiene products, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange under the "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Transactions." These items are not subject to the 7-day return policy.

Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For items eligible for the cooling-off period, you will have a 7-day (including holidays) cooling-off period starting from the day the product arrives. In certain cases, based on the product's nature, the cooling-off period may be extended. Please refer to the product page for further details.

Return and Exchange Process:

(1) Contact customer service within the return/exchange period, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos (if applicable). Each order can only apply for return or exchange once, and no requests will be accepted after the cooling-off period.

(2) Once confirmed by customer service, please return the product using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

(3) Unless the product is defective or an error is made on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges, while we will cover the reshipping costs.

(4) After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

For customized products with defects, only replacement of the same customized item is available. Refunds or returns are not offered for customized products.

Return and Exchange Acceptance Period:

Requests must be submitted within the cooling-off period. Our official customer service will assist with the process (14 days from the date of acceptance, including weekends). If no follow-up response is received from the applicant within this period, we will be unable to provide further assistance.

Example: For the 7-day cooling-off period, the calculation begins the day after the consumer receives the product. For instance, if the product is received or picked up on January 1st, the request for return or exchange must be submitted within the following 7 days.

1. Cooling-off period:
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted between January 2nd and January 8th. Applications submitted on January 9th or later will be considered overdue.

2. No Response After Application:
If a return or exchange request is submitted on January 2nd and processed by customer service on January 3rd, but no follow-up response is received by January 18th (exceeding the 14-day period), we will no longer be able to provide assistance.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within [specified timeframe] after the returned product is inspected and approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

1. Credit Card Payments:
The date the refund is credited to your account may vary depending on your card-issuing bank. Please contact your card issuer to confirm the actual date the funds will be credited.

2. Bank Transfer/ATM Payments:
You will need to provide the relevant account details so that customer service can forward them to the financial team for processing.

Please carefully read the following situations, as they may affect your return/exchange rights:

Return Policy :

The product must be unopened, and the packaging must be restored to its original condition, meaning it must be returned to the state in which you received it (including the main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, gifts, promotional items, etc.). There must be no stains, damage, or malfunctions caused by non-human factors. Most products are protected with an outer plastic film, and removing this film can lead to oxidation, damage, or wear. If the product has been opened and you wish to request a return, a refurbishment fee will be charged, which will be directly deducted from the refund amount after the return is confirmed.

Return Approval:

Please ensure that the product is packaged completely. Once the product is confirmed to have been returned correctly, the refund process will begin, and the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method. This process will take approximately 10 to 14 business days.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (due to our responsibility), we will arrange free pick-up and delivery of the product and cover the shipping costs for the replacement. This process will take approximately 5 to 7 business days.Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products and can only be replaced with the same item.

Important Notes:

1. If the product itself has no defects, but you need to return or exchange it due to personal reasons (such as wrong size or unsuitability) within the cooling-off period, we will offer one free return or exchange service. For returns, you will need to send the product back, and we will cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

2. Products labeled as special offer items, those that cannot be processed once opened, or customized products with no cooling-off period are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully read the product information.

3. If the same sample product is provided with the purchased product, or if you have been given the opportunity to try out or sample the audiovisual discs or software before receiving them:

※ If you damage the product's packaging, remove the seals, detach the tags, remove adhesive, or peel off labels in ways that do not affect your ability to inspect the product.

※ If you have already had the opportunity to inspect the product before receiving it.

※ Any other circumstances where the product is damaged, lost, or altered due to actions beyond necessary inspection or that can be attributed to you.

4. If you have already received a physical invoice or the electronic invoice has passed the business tax period, once the return is complete, our team will assist in handling related return matters (e.g., invoice processing or sales allowance).

5. Please use the delivery company's packaging box to securely package the returned product. If the original box has been lost, please use another box to wrap the original packaging. Do not directly attach labels or write on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the return will not be accepted, or the cost of damage will be deducted from the refund.

6. If after processing the return, the total amount of the order falls below the threshold for discounts (e.g., full-amount or full-quantity discounts), the items will revert to their original prices. (When returning the order, the refund will be calculated after deducting the full-price product amount.)

7. If a coupon or special discount was used for the purchase, the applied discount will not be refunded.

8. During the return/exchange period, you will need to send the product back. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

a) Only one return or exchange per order is allowed (if applicable).
b)Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged or returned products to arrive may vary.

9. If the same account or buyer has multiple (including two or more) records of returns for products, this account will no longer be able to place orders on our platform. We apologize for the inconvenience.
