Warranty Info

Thank you for purchasing our product. When applying for warranty service, we will first inspect your product to determine if it meets the warranty conditions. If it qualifies, we will repair it free of charge with no costs to you. If the product is not covered under the warranty, a repair fee may be charged depending on the situation. To ensure you receive complete after-sales service, please refer to the following warranty information:

Warranty Coverage

This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year (depending on the product). The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in product failure or necklace replacement. Any quality issues that arise under normal use will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that some products, especially those that are custom-made or feature unique designs, may not be eligible for repair or replacement (depending on the product).

Warranty Conditions

1. Please retain your purchase invoice or warranty card as proof of warranty service eligibility.

2. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. The warranty period begins on the day the product is received (including the delivery date), which is considered the first day of the warranty.

4. Warranty coverage is provided for eligible products (if applicable).

5. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services at our discretion based on the warranty coverage. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs (Taiwan only). For overseas customers, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After repair or replacement, we will cover the reshipping costs.

6. After the warranty period, if the product is deemed repairable, a service fee for repairs or replacement will be charged. The repair cost will be quoted based on the actual damage. Round-trip shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

Non-Warranty Conditions

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Damage caused by human factors, misuse, improper installation, neglect in maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Damage due to unauthorized repairs, dismantling, normal wear and tear, impacts, or accidents, as well as damages resulting from self-disassembly, modification, or repair of the product.

3. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events.

4. Wear and tear, aging of consumables, or cosmetic damage resulting from normal use.

5. Damage due to exposure to outdoor environments, humidity, or other harsh conditions, such as moisture or mold.

6. Structural damage or cosmetic stains caused by improper use, external factors, or failure to follow recommended maintenance methods are not covered.

7. Personal preference issues, such as dissatisfaction with the softness or hardness of the product materials.

8. The warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions. Damage from abnormal or negligent use, such as applying excessive pressure to specific parts or edges of the product, is not covered. Minor wear or oxidation from long-term use is considered normal and is not covered.

9. Products purchased from non-official channels, unauthorized platforms, or unapproved resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Repair Duration

The repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts. We will make every effort to complete the repairs and return the product to you as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

1. If the product was purchased from one of our overseas authorized dealers or brought overseas, please contact the overseas authorized dealer for assistance. If they are unable to assist, the product must be sent back to us. While repair parts and services are free of charge, the customer is responsible for covering the international round-trip shipping costs and any bank transfer fees. For further details, please consult the customer service team of the respective dealer for confirmation.

2. Our company will not cover any additional costs arising from returns or exchanges in overseas regions, such as insurance fees, import fees, or taxes.
